We welcome you to the first server in Russia and the CIS specializing in the search and selection of personnel through the Internet!

Human Resources On-Line, a customized information system, was founded in May of 1996 by a team of information technology specialists with close links to the headhunting industry. We participate in organization of the first personnel recruitment agency in Russia in 1989 (when it was still the USSR). In addition, we collaborated with well-known executive search companies and have transformed this experience into a viable enterprise operating on the Internet.

Human Resources On-Line (HRO) targets highly qualified managers and specialists who are oriented towards career development and the perfection of their professional skills.

We offer HRO as a convenient source of information for proffessionals, CEOs, general managers and human resource managers. We also provide services for supervisors of small enterprises and subdivision heads who recruit independently or are setting up their own teams.

HRO provides distinct advantages and unique opportunities to recruit personnel for regional representation in Russia, the CIS, and other countries. Without leaving head office, a company supervisor may actively develop regional policy by placing a recruitment ad for any city or country in which representation needs to be created. Also, a company may take advantage of our resume database of specialists which is organized by city and area of expertise.

The basic principles of HRO:

THE PERSONAL APPROACH
We do not allow, and do not plan for, the automatic publication of an advertisement. We do not use a search tool because we feel that we cannot entrust a person's fate to a heartless automaton. However, you may order a search of the internal database be performed by one of our experts by simply filling out the required form.

HIGH QUALIFICATIONS
Our fundamental objective is the advertising and job placement of highly skilled specialists. However, we will also endeavour to help other specialists and promising students, who have completed their education, find interesting work in the section RESUMES. We DO NOT PUBLISH ads that read: "looking for any kind of work". Our subscriber must know exactly where and for whom he wants to work.

QUALITY NOT QUANTITY
We are not planning to develop a huge database of a few thousand resumes. You will always find a small number of resumes or want ads on our server. Therefore, we do not require a search tool. Our internal database exists apart from the server, and access is granted by separate agreement.

WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES
For businesses and organizations HRO provides more than just the chance to place a local ad. Additional services range from the services of a subscriber to the formation of a virtual personnel department.

RESPONSIBILITY
All material received undergoes a thorough check for errors and for conformity with the general rules of advertising. The editorial staff reserves the right to edit an ad for the purpose of improving it's readability. The editorial staff also reserves the right to refuse publication of any ad it deems unfit for publication.
